NHA: Trainer Naidoo Fined

Has the right of appeal against the penalty

National Horseracing AuthorityThe National Horseracing Authority confirms that at an Inquiry held in Durban on 23 September 2016, Trainer K Naidoo was charged with a contravention of Rule 10.5.18, in that at an inspection of his stables at Summerveld on 11 August 2016, he had on his premises medications, the prescriptions of which had exceeded 30 days.

 Trainer Naidoo pleaded guilty to the charge.

 The Inquiry Board found Trainer Naidoo guilty and he was fined R2 000.00.

 Trainer Naidoo has the right of appeal against the penalty.
