National Horseracing AuthorityThe National Horseracing Authority confirms that at an inquiry held in Port Elizabeth on 21 October 2015, Owner Mrs A M Kacnis was charged with a contravention of Rule 72.1.15.

This was as a result of her submitting  to the National Horseracing Authority a false or misleading ‘registration of ownership for the racehorse’ TIGRESS POEM, when registering the new ownership which is required to be registered in terms of the Rules.
