More Jolly Good From Fourie Today?

First is off at 12h25

Racing is at Fairview this afternoon and eight races are carded.

There are two feature races including the Listed Ibhayi Stakes and the Listed Lady’s Pendant.

The first race is due off at 12h25.

Trainer Alan Greeff sends out Fairy Knight under Richard Fourie in Race 6 and he is the best bet on the programme.

He won a game race in the Sophomore Plate last time.

He raced from a handy position, moved up and kept finding all the way to the line. He is likely to race on the speed from his good draw of two and should notch up the hat-trick.

Fourie has a typically nice book of Fairview rides and it makes sense to build the exotics around his mounts.

Treasure Hunt from the Sharon Kotzen stable represents decent each way value in Race 4. She is better than her last start against male company over 1400m on this course.

The daughter of Elusive Fort finished second in her only course and distance attempt, three runs ago. She has cracked a good draw of three and in this class, she may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.

Please note that Robert Khathi is not riding today.
