An Immaculate Day For Racing

Vaal - first off at 12h30

Today’s racing is hosted at the Vaal Racecourse and it is a day for the workriders. Racing looks to be competitive!

The first race is off at 12h30 and the meeting closes at 16h35.

Jimmy The Rich writes that Immaculate is the best bet on the day and may well be the banker for the Pick 6. The well-related daughter of Ideal World produced a promising debut effort over a mile at Turffontein.

She was reported to be coughing that day which makes the effort that much more encouraging.

Chamu Mabaya

She should have no issues with the extra distance on offer and with decent workrider Chamu Mabaya in the saddle, she should take a power of beating.

Alacritas from the Ashley Fortune stable is much better than his last start suggests. He was reported to have bled that day and returns from his suspension/break this afternoon.

His debut effort behind Copper Mountain who has won again since, was encouraging.

The son of Trippi gets the services of capable workrider Tshepiso Matsoele and the combination merit healthy respect.
