Jimmy The Rich writes that Cape Princess from the Patrick Lunn stable can give punters a good start to the day.

She showed good improvement when finishing third in her last start over 1200m on this course, against males. She set the pace that day and stayed on nicely at the finish.

The daughter of Capetown Noir is back against her own sex today and from her good draw of four, she should be the one to beat.

After saddling a double on Friday, Tony Rivalland sends out Let’s Not Linger in Race 6. She has produced three decent efforts since shedding her maiden tag.

The manner in which she stayed on at the finish over 1400m last time was encouraging.

It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. The daughter of Linngari will love the rise in distance and can return to winning ways.
