Midweek – We Are At Turffontein For A Change!

The Pick 6 starts in the third at 14h00

In an unusual midweek slot, racing is at Turffontein for an eight-race programme on the Inside course today.

The first race is due off at 12h50 and the lucky last is scheduled for 16h45.

Jimmy The Rich writes that the Paul Peter stable send out Greens in Race 5 who is the best bet on the day. Her last four starts have been very good.

She has won once, finished second twice and third once from as many starts over this distance.

She is likely to find herself in front turning for home and may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.

Tai Gold from the Corne Spies stable may be the one to side with in Race 3. He has been taking on stronger company in his last three starts.

The son of Wylie Hall showed some signs of a form return without the blinkers last time.

He takes a big drop in class today and it is encouraging that Muzi Yeni keeps faith in the ride.
