Mia Moo from the Sean Tarry stable takes her place in Race 2 and she is the best bet on the programme.

She won a good race over 1200m on the Turffontein Inside course last time. She raced from just off the pace and quickened up well to hold all challengers at bay.

The daughter of Vercingetorix is the stable elect with Craig Zackey in the saddle and she can follow up with another victory. The second run after a rest lobby may argue that she is beatable!

Hollywoodbets-sponsored Trainer Fanie Bronkhorst sends out Richard The First in Race 8.

He raced in the Listed World Pool With tabGOLD Darley Arabian last time. He returns from a 13-week break and is having his first run this season.

He has won twice from three starts over this course and distance. It is encouraging that Gavin Lerena is booked to ride and on best form shown, he can notch up his third-career victory.
