Marshall’s Lion To Roar!

First due off @ 12h39

Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth this afternoon. The main event on an eight-race card is the Non-Black Type Easter Sprint.

Don’t forget about the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge with the first due off at 12h39.

Trainer Vaughan Marshall sends out Lion Rampart in Race 3 and he is the possible Pick 6 banker.

He stayed on when fourth in the City Of Cape Town Gr3 Cape Of Good Hope Nursery last time. The son of One World meets the right field this afternoon.

He is a horse with ability and should notch up his second-career victory.

Palo Queen from the Paul Reeves stable may be the horse to close off the meeting. She finished 0.75 lengths behind Easy Money last time.

She is 1kg better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.

She has won once, finished second four times and third twice from 16 starts over this course and distance.

Winning Form-sponsored Jockey Richard Fourie retains the ride and the combination may find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.
