Marshall And Fayd’herbe Set For A Double Today

First due off @ 12h55

Hollywoodbets Kenilworth is alongside Turffontein this afternoon and eight races are carded.

The first is due off at 12h55 with the lucky last set for 17h00.

Trainer Vaughan Marshall and jockey Bernard Fayd’herbe could be set for a nice double and their first leg could be World Of Pleasure in the first race. He produced a promising debut effort over 1000m on this course.

Despite racing green, he showed good pace and stayed on well at the finish.

The son of One World would have gained from the experience and will love the extra 100m on offer.

With the natural improvement that is expected, he should go one better.

Lockheedlightning from the Vaughan Marshall stable takes his place in Race 4.

He finished 0.2 lengths behind Kwite A King last time.

He is 2kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

Bernard Fayd’herbe may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.
