Magner’s Policy Could Pay Out Today

First race is off at 12h30

Eight races are carded at the Vaal this afternoon.

The first is due off at 12h30 with the lucky last set for 16h25.

Policy Of Truth from the Roy Magner stable takes his place in Race 2.

He showed good improvement when second in his last start over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course.

Muzi Yeni – rides Kind Judy (Pic – Candiese Lenferna)

It must be noted that New Mexico has come out and won again since. The son of Master Of My Fate is a progressive type and can go one better.

Trainer Barend Botes sends out Kind Judy in Race 4. She is better than her last start over 2600m as the race was run at a slow pace which didn’t suit her.

She should have no issues with the drop to 2000m as she has won once and finished third once from four starts over this distance. It is encouraging that Muzi Yeni keeps faith in the ride and she can notch up her seventh career victory.
