Lucky Seven For Tarry Today?

First due off @ 11h50

Turffontein is alongside Hollywoodbets Kenilworth with the first on a ten-race programme due off at 11h50.

Trainer Sean Tarry sends out seven runners with a couple of decent winning chances and he may be worth following.

Troppo Veloce from the Sean Tarry stable takes her place in the Listed Betway Swallow Stakes.

She stayed on when second in the Non-Black Type Sophomore 1000 last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since.

She is the best weighted runner in this contest and should find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

Another contender to look out for from Trainer Sean Tarry is King Of Venus in Race 6.

He showed good speed in his last start over 1000m at the Vaal and fought hard to notch up his third-career victory.

It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since.

Apprentice Siyanda Sosibo takes the 1.5kgs off his back and he can follow up.

  • Please note that Jarryd Penny and Jason Gates are not riding today.
