Hollywoodbets Scottsville plays host to an eight-race programme this afternoon.

The main event of the day is the Non-Black Type Marula Sprint.

Don’t forget about the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge with the first due off at 12h30.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored Trainer Corne Spies sends out William Robertson in Race 7. He is a winner of his last three starts, the latest of which was over this course and distance.

He raced from just off the pace last time and despite hanging in the closing stages, he won with ease.

Gavin Lerena, who partners him again, is in top form after four winners at Turffontein on Saturday.

William Robertson is the class horse in the race and should take a power of beating.

Barend Botes sends out Ballroom Bliss (Pic – Supplied)

Ballroom Bliss from the Barend Botes yard takes her place in Race 5. She stayed on when third over this distance at the Vaal last time.

It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked.

The daughter of Twice Over takes a drop-in class and if suited to this course, she can return to winning ways.
