Klawervlei Eight At Hollywoodbets Durbanville On Sunday

The sale starts at 14h00

On Sunday, Klawervlei Stud, multiple champion breeders, will sell eight lots as an agent at the Cape Racing Sales Ready To Run and Unbroken Two-Year-Old Sale.

The auction will be staged at Hollywoodbets Durbanville and starts at 14h00.

Klawervlei’s John Koster said that he was proud of the stud’s Ready To Run offering this year and mentioned four lots he is especially pleased with; comments below:

Lot 86 Unnamed ch c Vercingetorix – Miss Millanna

“He is a high-quality colt out of a two-time winning half-sister to One World, something special. She is by Trippi, proving to be a great broodmare sire. He is very athletic and has a beautiful shape. A good-looking colt from a fantastic female line.”

Lot 94 Unnamed b f Gimmethegreenlight – Pure Power

“By a champion stallion from a Listed winning Captain Al mare, the exceptionally speedy family of Foverflo and Flobayou. Gimmethegreenlight onto Captain Al mares has already produced three G1 winners, including the star colt Sandringham Summit. This filly looks like a ‘rocket’, and she should have a lot of precocious speed.”

Lot 82 Unnamed b f Pomodoro – Green Plains

“She is out of the very smart Green Plains, who had six good wins in her career, including the G2 SA Nursery. She is somewhat immature but an improving sort and looks all over a racehorse. I am excited about her.”

Lot 91 Unnamed ch f William Longsword – Perfectproportions

“This filly is out of two-time winner Perfectproportions, who is a full-sister to Vercingetorix. She’s by a champion sire in the making out of one of South Africa’s great female lines. She has immense paddock value to start.”
