Note new racetimes today!

A tough and competitive card is hosted at Kenilworth today. The sun is shining but the going is officially ‘heavy’ and upset results are on the cards.

The racetimes have been revised and the first race on the card starts at 13h30.

The lucky last will close off proceedings at 17h30.

The Glen Kotzen stable send out Northern Song who competes in Race 4.

This son of Oratorio made the expected natural improvement in his second outing when producing a strong late burst to only get pipped by Hoedspruit in the shadow of the post.

Bobby Bean writes that it must be noted that Zo Lucky and Sh Boom have come out to win since and the form line looks promising. Aldo Domeyer jumps aboard this afternoon and he will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

The Vaughan Marshall camp send out a trio of runners in Race 8 and interestingly MJ Byleveld has opted to ride Winter Assembly.

He shows plenty of speed out of the starting stalls and he only found one better last time out in the form of Aqua Bolt. It must be noted that Aqua Bolt has come out to win again since then.

The son of What A Winter has achieved both of his career wins over this course and distance, he will be cherry-ripe and may be hard to peg back in the closing stages of this contest.

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
