Kenilworth Is On!

Pen reading of 25

The Kenilworth track showed its quality and durability after over 130mm of rain fell on Friday and was declared to have ‘galloped like a carpet’ earlier today.

“It’s in magnificent condition and it should run very fairly, with draws not making a lot of difference,” declared a jockey who rode a gallop.

The going has been declared officially as ‘good to soft’ with the pen down the straight and around the turn at 25.

The false rail is at the original position, with a 2m spur at 470m.

The first race is off at 12h50.
