In-form trainer Alan Greeff sends out One Giant Leap in Race 2. She showed very good improvement in her local debut over 1200m, last week Friday.

The way she finished off her race that day was eye-catching.

The daughter of One World will love the rise to 1400m and if this outing has not come too soon, she should go one better. Richard Fourie takes the ride.

Firealley from the Jacques Strydom stable takes his place in the lucky last and he may close off the meeting. He has good consistent form lines to his credit.

He finished 2.5 lengths behind Bournemouth last time. He is 7.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

If seeing out the extra distance on offer, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
