Heart Stealer from the Alan Greeff stable looks to be the best bet on this card. Richard Fourie takes the ride and the son of Time Thief may be the horse to close off the meeting.
He won a game race in his local debut when badly out at the weights. He ran on well and fought hard all the way to the line. The stable has opted to fit the blinkers once again.
He returns to Handicap Company and a repeat of his last outing should see him notch up the hat-trick.
Sharon Kotzen sends out Golden Link in Race 6. He stayed on when third in the Racing Association Plate last time.
He was reported to have choked up that day.
The drop to 1200m is no concern as he has finished second once and third once from as many starts over this distance.
The son of Gold Standard should be mowing down the frontrunners.
