Do we have no legal wise Members who can tell us whether it is ethical to own shares in a company that you are elected to oversee ?
Or does the tail wag the dog ? Does Phumelela actually control the Jockey Club ? As they do our financials, that is not such a silly question.
Are we going to be told why Breeders pay R8 million for a R4 million Stud Book Job ?
Are we going to be told why so many people now not work in the StUD Book ?
Are we to know why the Keeper now sits executively upstairs ?
I stood 18 minutes in the queue at the Post Office yesterday to receive 7 of my 2017 Passports .
