The Inquiry Board, after considering the evidence presented, found Mr Steyn guilty of the charge and suspended him from riding in races for a period of 7 days
After considering all the evidence including the evidence in mitigation, the Board imposed a fine of R15 000 which is wholly suspended for a period of two years on condition that Mr Drier is not found guilty of any Rule relating to prohibited substances in that period.
