The 2015 Cape Racing and Breeding Awards took place at the magnificent Lanzerac Estate on Friday, 7 August.
Beach Beauty, who bowed out of competition after her win in the Garden Province Stakes, swept the boards at the 2014 KZN Breeders Awards, walking away with no less than 3 accolades, including Horse Of The Year honours.
The 2014 KZN Breeders Awards take place on 22 November 2014 and the nominees are as follows

The Racing Awards Ceremony for the East Cape 2013/2014 Racing Season will be held in the HB Christian Room at Fairview Racecourse on Saturday 6 September 2014.

Legislate swept all before him, taking awards for 3yo Colt, Middle Distance Horse and Horse of the Year in the Breeders categories as well as 3yo Male of the Year, Champion Middle Distance Horse of the Year and Horse of the Year in the Racing categories.
The July winning Dynasty colt Legislate sweeps boards but there are plenty of accolades for all the achievers with Variety Club and that man Justin Snaith at the forefront of the outstanding class of 2013/14
