The next leg is at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Thursday and the reloaded version is back, with bigger and better prizes.
In the inimitable Hollywoodbets style, the rules are brief and simple:
- Enter with your name, nickname or pseudonym;
- Pick your winner for each race held at a Hollywoodbets KZN racecourse;
- Check your place on the leaderboard as the meeting progresses;
- If you get lucky, collect daily prizes, and monthly prizes, eg.:
If you put your back into it and tip all the winners on the card, there is more than R500 000 up for grabs.
To add to the thrills, Hollywoodbets are adding a R25 000 ‘carry-over’ to that pool for every meeting it’s not won to provide even more encouragement!
So how difficult is it to win that R500 000?
A glance at the list of the Daily Prize winners (top-20) from the first leaderboard after Sunday suggests it’s not an impossible dream!
We note that on the opening day:
- 2 players found 4 winners
- 12 players had 5 winners each
- 6 players had 6 winners – from an 8 race card!
The opening day leader, ‘Gazzab69’ (132.33 points) is 0.14 ahead of ‘Horseman’ on 132.19.
Already leading the pack with prize money of R4 000 and R2 000 respectively, let’s see if they can withstand the pressure and maintain this level of expertise.
