Racing takes place on the Fairview turf track this afternoon. The main event of the day’s eight-race programme is the Non-Black Type Lady’s Bracelet which is run over 1600m.

The first race is due off at 12h20 with the lucky last set for 16h28.

Trainer Alan Greeff sends out Luna Halo in Race 5. She ran a fair race when fourth in the Non-Black Type November Stakes last time.

It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since.

She has won twice, finished second once and third once from as many starts over this course and distance.

The daughter of Fire Away is the class horse in this contest and should take a power of beating.

Miss Shaivi from the Gavin Smith stable may be the horse to close off the meeting. She is better than her last start over this distance on the polytrack.

She showed signs of needing that outing.

It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since.

The daughter of What A Winter drops in class, will strip much fitter and can return to winning ways.
