Greeff Stable Could Hold Key Today

First is off at 12h30

The new week starts off with an eight-race programme at Fairview on the polytrack.

Trainer Alan Greeff has a host of runners with a few winning chances and he may be the man to follow.

The first is due off at 12h30.

A reminder about the Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge – entries must be in by 12h25 – don’t leave it late!

Belle Of Belize takes her place in Race 6 and she is the best bet on the programme. She won a good race in her last start over this course and distance.

She was slow into stride but ran on well and won with a ton in hand. She has won five times, finished second three times and third twice from ten starts over this distance. She returns to Handicap Company and should follow up.

Matsuyamo represents decent each way value in Race 5. He stumbled leaving the start last time but raced from a handy position and stayed on at the finish.

The 3yo gelding has shown signs of returning to best form in his last two starts. He does have the gate speed to overcome his wide draw and if putting his best foot forward, he may be the one to cause the upset.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 12h30
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 13h05
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h40
  • The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 14h15
  • The second Jackpot starts in the fifth race at 14h50
