Go With The Laddie Today

First race off @ 12h15

Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Scottsville this afternoon and eight races are carded.

Don’t forget about the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge.

The first race is due at 12h15.

Please note: Apprentice M K Katjedi will not be riding.

Cheeky Laddie from the Dean Kannemeyer stable takes his place in Race 6 and he is the possible Pick 6 banker.

He was running on well when third over 1200m last time. He is having his peak run and should be cherry-ripe.

The son of Gimmethegreenlight should enjoy the step up to 1400m and from his good draw of three, he can return to winning ways.

Trainer Lorenzo Karriem saddles Putin’s Promise in Race 7.  He ran a fair race in his last start over 1200m on this course.

He continues to drop in the ratings and takes a drop-in class.

The drop to 1000m should not pose a concern and based on his best form, he could return to winning ways.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 12h15
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 12h50
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h20
