Horseracing takes place on the Turffontein Inside course this afternoon with the first of eight due off at 12h30.
After riding four winners on the Vaal Classic course on Tuesday, Gavin Lerena will be looking to continue where he left off.
Trainer Johan Janse van Vuuren sends out Time Fo Orchids in Race 6 and she is the best bet on the programme.
She is unbeaten from two starts for the stable. She showed good speed over 1160m on the Standside course last time and won with a ton in hand.
Her penultimate victory was equally impressive over this distance. The daughter of Time Thief is the form horse in this contest, and she can notch up the hat-trick.
Watch the Trainer comments:
King Rahul from the Corne Spies yard takes his place in Race 7.
He stayed on at the finish over 1400m last time but found one too good in the form of Fulliautomatix who has come out and won again since.
The son of Captain Of All is having his peak run and will be cherry-ripe.
He should have no issues with the rise to 1500m and with luck in running, he can return to winning ways.
Jockeys Jason Gates and Craig Zackey will not be riding today.
