James Lihaba is pursuing his dream

Andrew Harrison and Warren Lenferna placed Gold Circle’s September jockey of the month James Lihaba in the hot seat.

James, who is currently completing Grade 11, grew up in Harrismith under the loving watch of his grandmother.

Despite the trials of his childhood, he has shown a steadfast dedication towards pursuing his passion for horseracing and his hard work has bloomed into well-deserved recognition.

This rising star gives us an insightful peek into his journey thus far and his hopes for the future.
