Bobby Bean writes the best bet on the card comes in Race 2 with Bad Reputation. This 3yo filly comes from the Cape with decent form.

She gets Aldo Domeyer aboard from pole position and she should be able to break the maiden in this contest.

The value bet on the card comes in Race 7 with Bell Tower. This 6yo mare will be relishing the return to grass, as all of her five career wins have come on the surface.

Over this course and distance, she has also notched up four wins and a place from her six career starts. With Lukas Bester in the irons, from a good mid-field draw, the pair must be considered.

Bad Reputation will run with blinkers on today.

The false rail is 7m to zero up to the 1200m mark, decreasing to 3m to the 800m mark with a 3m spur.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 12h15
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 12h45
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h20
  • The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 13h55
  • The second Jackpot starts in the fifth race at 14h30
