Jimmy The Rich writes that Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Gavin Smith saddles Vision On Ice in Race 4. She ran a good race when finishing third in her local debut over 1400m on this course.

The daughter of Visionaire will love the step up to the mile.

She does have a wide draw to contend with, but she gets the services of Warren Kennedy once again and he will give her all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

Secret Depths represents decent each way value in Race 7.

She has taken on much stronger company in her last two starts.

She takes a big drop in class this afternoon and with a bit of luck from the widest draw, she can return to winning ways.

The following jockeys will not be riding today:

  • Frost C Dicken with the stipes permission.
  • Mpumelelo Mjoka & Luyolo Mxothwa due to family responsibilties.
  • Robert Khathi due to flight complications.

The false rail is set at 3m out from the 421m mark.
