Luyolo Mxothwa rides Subterfuge in Race 8 today (Pic- Candiese Lenferna)

Jimmy The Rich writes that Western Cape based trainer Justin Snaith sends out Trickster in Race 6 and she is the likely Pick 6 banker.

She showed good signs of a form return when finishing fourth over 1200m on the turf, four weeks ago.

She is the best weighted runner in this contest and the services of 1.5kgs claiming apprentice Kyle Strydom will help her cause.

With a bit of luck from her wide draw, she should take a power of beating.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored trainer Jarett Rugg has a new addition to his stable in the form of Subterfuge.

She should have finished closer to the winner last time as she hung in the latter stages.

The daughter of Elusive Fort takes a drop in class today and with Luyolo Mxothwa in the saddle, she may be the one to side with.

Race 6 is now run over 1300m.

Lyle Hewitson will not be riding today.

Charles Ndlovu will not be riding in race 8.

The false rail is 3m out at the 421m mark.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 12h20
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 12h55
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h30
  • The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 14h05
  • The second Jackpot starts in the fifth race at 14h40

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
