Nursery Heads Fairview Card

The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 14h05

Fairview Racecourse plays host to an eight-race programme this afternoon.

The main event on the day is the Listed East Cape Fillies Nursery which is Race 7 on the card.

The first race is due off at 12h20.

Atyaab takes his place in Race 5 on the card and looks to be the possible Pick 6 banker. He was ultra-impressive when winning his last start over 2000m on this course.

He set the pace that day and won a lot easier than the official margin suggests.

The son of Dundeel has found a new lease on life since joining the Zietsman Oosthuizen camp. He carries a big mass once again, but has the class to notch up the hat-trick.

The powerful yard of Alan Greeff sends out All In Line in the lucky last. He has decent consistent form lines to his credit.

He should have finished closer to the winner last time as he hung in the latter stages.

He jumps from a slightly better barrier position today and if keeping on a straight line, he can get back to winning ways.

The false rail is 1m of zero to the 1200m mark, increasing to 2m to the 800m mark with a 2m spur.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 12h20
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 12h50
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h25
  • The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 14h05
  • The second Jackpot starts in the fifth race at 14h40

The Inspiring Story Of Dr Marianne Thomson

‘I am writing this as an older, small breeder and in our language, Markus, because this is our war. If I phoned you, I’d be overwhelmed by business jargon within a minute. What makes you so angry that you don’t care what you are doing to our shaky industry? How do you deal with this in your inner, quiet self?’
