Greg Cheyne rides Gin Fizz in Race 2 today

The powerful Alan Greeff stable send out Gin Fizz in Race 2. She has good consistent form lines to her credit.

She showed speed in her last start, looked a winner but was caught in the shadow of the post. She is better suited to this distance with a record of two wins, a second and a third-place finish six starts.

Greg Cheyne steps back into the saddle today and the combination should take a power of beating.

Cerelia takes her place in Race 6 and represents some decent each way value. She won a very good race in her last start over this course and distance.

She settled at the rear of the field that day and finished her race off strongly.

She takes a step up in class today, but has a handy galloping mass and may be up to the task at hand.

Cerelia will run with a compression mask on at today’s racing.

The false rail is 7m of zero to the 800m mark with a 7m spur.

  • The Bipot starts in the first race at 12h35
  • The Place Accumulator starts in the second race at 13h05
  • The Pick 6 starts in the third race at 13h35
  • The first Jackpot starts in the fourth race at 14h05
  • The second Jackpot starts in the fifth race at 14h40
