She was not disgraced when fifth in the Tabgold Gr1 Woolavington 2000 last time on this racecourse.
Despite racing wide in the early stages, the way she stayed on at the finish was encouraging.
The daughter of Master Of My Fate is the best-weighted runner in this contest and from pole position, with pilot Richard Fourie, she should take a power of beating. Fourie last rode her at her penultimate start, when beaten narrowly by Beating Wings in the TAB Gr2 Igugu Stakes.
Kailene from the Michael Roberts stable may be the horse to close off the meeting. Her last three starts have been fair.
She was squeezed leaving the start last time and stayed on at the finish.
She has won once and finished second three times from six starts over this course and distance.
The daughter of Jackson takes a drop in class and from pole position, she can notch up her fourth-career victory.
