Lerena Claims 1,5kgs

First of eight off @ 13h25

After Tuesday’s weather abandoned meeting at the same venue, we will all be keen to see today’s Vaal Classic eight-race meeting through to completion.

Dylan Lerena – now claiming 1,5kgs

The weather man suggests it will be partly cloudy with a 28% chance of rain. Temperature to range from 18 to – 30 degree and a 26km/h northerly head wind is anticipated.

Just a reminder that Apprentice Dylan Lerena rode his 40th winner on Monday 7 January and will now claim 1.5kg

The false rail is set at 3.5m on the back straight and 6m on the bend, with a 6m spur at 600m mark.

The first race – also the Bipot opener – jumps at 13h25.
