Barry Donnely for Brett Crawford

Race 1 – MR CRUMFORD (6): A nice horse but running against winners – will be tough.

Race 3 – LIGHT AS A FEATHER (10): Will need the run.

Race 3 – TWICE THE MAGIC (11): Will need the run.

Race 8 – OVER YOU (12): Very nice, strong filly but is drawn wide and has a lot to do on debut.

Glen Kotzen

Glen Kotzen – one for the noteboook

Glen Kotzen

Race 1 – ROB ROY (7): A good looking colt but might just need the experience – he is the type of horse that can run green but is one for the notebook for the future.

Andries Steyn

Race 8 – MAIN STREET (10): Will need the run.

TURFFONTEIN

Sean Tarry and Errico Verdonese

Brian Wiid

Race 1 – LEPRECHAUN’S LOVE (10): I think he is drawn on the wrong side but we have to start somewhere – let’s see how he goes.

Robbie Sage

Race 6 – DEWALI (9): Is thrown in the deep end a bit – will need the experience – let’s see how it goes.

Adam Azzie

Adam Azzie

Race 6 – HEAVENLY RISK (10): A nice precocious type – jumped well at home when tried out the starting stalls, hoping jumps well on race day – taking our chances here but based on work shown – he can be competitive.

Race 7 – PRINCESS BLITZ (8): A nice, big horse and is quite sensible and has come to hand nicely – she quickens well but we just want to see where we stand with her – we will take it from there with her and see where we go.

Candice Dawson

Could not be contacted for comment.

Matthew de Kock

Race 7 – DAGMAR (6): Showing plenty of speed and based on that must have a good each way chance.

Race 10 – VIBURNUM (12): Has shown enough to suggest he could run into the money but the draw is a big concern.
