Recordbreaking Yearling Silver Coin has his first run for Vaal-based trainer Gokhan Terzi in the eighth race on the Turffontein Standside today.

Silver Coin was acquired for R6 million at the 2016 Cape Premier Yearling Sale but failed to realise his promise, winning twice from just 7 starts with Joey Ramsden.
His new trainer says that, while the son of Silvano has not raced for 17 weeks, he will run well but will need the run. He now races in the interests of Mr G Goksel & Miss Trinisha Pillay.
