The National Horseracing Authority confirms that Jockey Bernard Fayd’Herbe was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.7, in that as the rider of POCKET POWER, he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to FORT VOGUE when he shifted in at approximately the 200m mark of Race 7 at the Kenilworth Racecourse on 20 November 2010.
Mr Fayd’Herbe signed an Admission of Guilt and he has been suspended from riding in race meetings for a period of one week from 28 November to 4 December 2010, both days inclusive but excluding 4 December and including 7 December 2010.
