The Fairview meeting today was switched from the turf to the polytrack after the running of the second race.

The first was a workriders race, so the jockeys were given one race (the second) to assess the underfoot conditions.

Nine races are carded with two feature races, including the Listed WSB East Cape Derby which is now run over 2200m.

New race times:

  • Race 4 – 13h55
  • Race 5 – 14h30
  • Race 6 – 15h00
  • Race 7 – 15h35
  • Race 8 – 16h10
  • Race 9 – 16h45

Distance Changes:

  • Race 4 – 1300m
  • Race 7 – 2200m

The following are additional scratchings as a result of the surface switch:
