Fairview Friday – Surface Switch

Race 1 will be ridden by professional jockeys

Following a course inspection and a penetrometer reading (varying between 25 and 45) it has been unanimously decided to move Friday’s Fairview racemeeting scheduled for turf to the Polytrack.

The track has received over 35mm of rain and more is forecast for later today and early tomorrow morning. Thus the early decision to move the meeting, as it is deemed unsafe for both horse and rider.

Please note that all distances remain unchanged, and Race 1 will no longer be a Workriders race as the horses will be ridden by Professional Jockeys.
