Fabian’s Commander Can Take Charge Today

First due off @ 12h30

Racing takes place on the Vaal Classic course this afternoon.

Eight races are carded with the first due off at 12h30 and the lucky last set for 16h35.

Trainer Lucky Houdalakis sends out Red Legend in Race 1.

He challenged strongly in his last start over this distance but was touched off by Captain Jim.

He finished third in his only attempt on this course. He jumps from a good draw of two and in this field, he can go one better.

Commander Of All from the Fabian Habib stable takes his place in Race 8.

He has decent form lines since winning his maiden over 1000m on this course.

The son of Captain Of All took on stronger in his last start and drops back in class.

He runs well for Winning Form-sponsored Jockey Kabelo Matsunyane and can return to winning ways.

Race: 1 No: 9 THE MERCIFUL had a 674 day break due to recovering from a pulled muscle.
