EquineHub Launch

A new and innovative application using blockchain

The inaugural introduction of EquineHub to the South African racing industry will be held on Tuesday 14 August.

A new and innovative application using blockchain technology to address a variety of issues for the racing industry globally. Initial private forums over the past few days in Johannesburg and Cape Town with a select audience of trainers and racehorse owners has been an overwhelming success.

A firm commitment is already in place with industry participants who have pledged ongoing support and partnerships in a new and exciting venture that has been developed to help racing extend its reach globally to benefit all participants.

Executive Directors and representatives of EquineHub are traveling from Asia and Australia specially to host the August 14th event and will be available for interviews on the day.

There will be a large selection of racings ‘major players’ at the launch that would also be available for comment on both EquineHub, the upcoming Equus Awards & a variety of racing and industry questions.

The event will be hosted and presented by EquineHub’s Executive Director, David Raphael.

David Raphael is also widely remembered as the voice that broadcast South Africa’s first international victory to the world when South African sport returned to the international stage when London News won the 1997 QE II Cup in Hong Kong.
