Eight Races At Hollywoodbets Durbanville Today

First is off at 12h45

Racing takes place at Hollywoodbets Durbanville this afternoon and eight races are carded.

Don’t forget about the free to play Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge with the first due off at 12h45.

Trainer Andre Nel saddles Kythera in Race 2 and she is the best bet on the programme.

She has produced two good efforts over this distance at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth. She returns from an 11-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up.

The daughter of Erupt meets the right field today and if not in need of the run, she should take a power of beating.

Charlie Malone from the Candice Bass-Robinson yard takes his place in Race 4. He showed good signs of a form return in his last start over 1250m on this course.

He showed good speed but found one too good in the form of Winter Pearl. He has won once, finished second once and third twice from as many starts over this distance.

The blinkers seem to have done the trick and he can go one better.
