D’ville 28 Sept – First Timers

Straight from the horse's mouth

CANDICE BASS ROBINSON:

Race 1 No (4) CANDID: I am not too sure what to expect but I do feel he will need the experience. He does have a good draw which will help but I cannot say that I fancy him today.

BRETT CRAWFORD:

Race 1 No (7) GIVE IT AWAY: Will need the run and experience.

Race 8 No (9) OUR LADY PEACE: Is doing well but will need the run – in saying that, she could be worth including in larger quartets.

DEAN KANNEMEYER:

Race 1 No (8) GONDWANA: He has potential. If not too green and he doesn’t get lost in the race on debut, could run a place.

Race 1 NO (9) LANCER: He will need racing experience.

JUSTIN SNAITH:

Race 1 No (11) PLATINUM PRINCE: He is a very nice individual but will need further. He will need this outing but if not racing too green, could get into the quartet. He will be one to follow in the future.

Race 3 No (5) AFRICAN NIGHT SKY: Will need the run and further. He is a very good looking horse!

Race 3 No (6) GREENFLASHSUNSET: He is a very nice individual and if not too green on debut could be in the shake-up.

DARRYL HODGSON:

Race 3 No (7) LAUREN OF ROCHELLE: He is a lovely, big strong, strapping horse and shows nice sand work at home, but, he will need the run.

RIAAN VAN REENEN AND CARL BURGER:

Race 3 No (11) SPRING GOLD: He is a nice type of horse but is not ready just yet.

GLEN KOTZEN:

Race 4 No (6) BON BON: She has a bit of a wide draw but is a nice filly. She will need the experience and I am expecting her to be green. I only expect her to show something over more ground.

GEOFF WOODRUFF:

Race 4 No (14) PRANCING: She will probably need this outing today but is a nice filly.
