Don’t Blink – Watch Marwing’s Soldier’s Eye At Turffontein Today

First due off @ 12h55

Today’s local racemeeting takes place at Turffontein.

An eight-race programme has been carded for the Inside course with the first due off at 12h55 and the lucky last set for 17h00.

Don’t forget to take the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge today. Over R1,000,000 can be won each day for selecting all of the winners for a racemeeting!

Paul Matchett sends out Iconic Winter in Race 2 and she is the best bet on the programme.

She produced an eye-catching debut effort over 1160m on the Standside course. She was slow into stride and finished her race off strongly.

She would have come on from her first outing and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should be the one to beat.

Soldier’s Eye from the Weiho Marwing stable takes her place in Race 7.

She ran a fair race when fourth over 1600m on the Standside course last time.

She won her only attempt over this course and distance.

She is back in handicap company and with a bit of luck from the widest draw, she can return to winning ways.
