Trainer Alan Greeff sends out Luna Halo in Race 6 and she is the best bet on the programme.
She ran on well and fought hard when second in her last start over 1400m on the turf.
She has won twice and finished second once from four starts over this distance. The daughter of Fire Away is the best-weighted runner in this contest.
She is unbeaten from two starts on this course and can keep that record intact.
Vintage Crystal from the Kelly Mitchley stable takes her place in Race 4. She produced a fair local debut effort over 1200m on the turf.
She lost a length leaving the start but stayed on nicely at the finish. The daughter of Gold Standard will love the rise to 1400m.
She jumps from a good draw of three and if jumping on terms, she may find herself in the winner’s enclosure.
