Dean And Pieter Both Today?

First due off @ 12h35

Hollywoodbets Greyville plays host to today’s racemeeting with eight races carded for this afternoon on the polytrack.

Don’t forget about the free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge with the first due off at 12h35 and the lucky last set for 16h40.

The SplashOut Cape Derby winning duo of trainer Dean Kannemeyer and jockey Craig Zackey combine with Pieter Both in Race 3 and he is the best bet on the card.

He showed good improvement in his last start over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He raced from a handy position, moved up but was caught late.

He will love the rise to 1800m and should be at peak fitness. From pole position, he can shed his maiden tag.

Capetown Beauty from the Wayne Badenhorst stable represents decent each way value in Race 4.

She is better than her last two starts in feature races.

It must be noted that Bella Siccome has come out and won again since. She has won three times, finished second twice and third twice from nine starts on this course.

She takes a drop-in class and from her handy draw of four, she may be the one to cause the upset.
