De Melo Has Some Quality Rides Today

First is off at 12h35

Eight races are carded on the Turffontein Inside course this afternoon.

Winning Form-sponsored jockey Keagan de Melo has seven rides booked with a couple of decent winning chances and may be worth following.

The first is due off at 12h35.

Gimmeanotherchance from the Mike de Kock stable takes his place in Race 1. He ran a fair race when third in the Grade 3 Protea Stakes.

The manner in which he stayed on at the finish that day was encouraging. The son of Gimmethegreenlight should love the rise to 1450m. He returns to Maiden Company and is the horse to beat.

Robbie Sage saddles Call Me Master in the lucky last race. His last two starts on this course have been decent. He was reported to be not striding out in his last outing.

The 6yo gelding has won once and finished third once from three starts over this distance. He is likely to take his medicine from his wide draw of 10 and will be mowing down the frontrunners.
