Freshened up after losing his unbeaten record behind Soqrat and Twist Of Fate in the Cape Guineas last time out, One World was in his old galloping mood on Saturday.
Brought over so casually from his wide draw by Anton Marcus, he grabbed the initiative early on and was never headed.
The ever game Twist Of Fate moved up under new rider S’manga Khumalo at the 300m and looked dangerous for a few strides – but he had no answers to the machine in the blue and white silks who motored away down the rail.
