Rave revues give Val de Vie the thumbs up

'The essence of competition is that it is all about choice for the customer'

Susan Rowett – excited about stunning venue

The rave revues of the yearling sale held at Val de Vie earlier this year, has confirmed the belief that this is the most stunning venue in the Cape.

So said BSA Chairperson Susan Rowett when announcing that the Cape Mare and Weanling Sale will be held at Val de Vie in 2016 on the 19th May.

Rowett added that with the continued upgrades planned for the stable area, the Val de Vie venue will be suitable for a mare sale and this move will be the cornerstone of a strategy to lift the mare and weanling market in the Cape.

“Consultations with the State Vet have confirmed that the sale can comply with AHS vaccine and movement controls and we are also delighted to be working once again with the esteemed Val de Vie events team,” she said.
