BSA: RTR Update

2015 Ready To Run Sale cancelled

Rock Of ArtsBloodstock South Africa have announced that they will be hosting two associated Sales races in 2016 for the 2013 crop of yearlings – that is, for horses sold during 2015.

These two races will have a stake of R1 million each and run over distances of 1200m and 1600m.

All 2013 foals (horses sold during 2015) that ticked the box for the BSA Added Value Stakes Incentive will be eligible for the two R1 million races.

The 2015 National Two Year OId Sale, which commences today, will be a further chance to secure a chance of entering these two races.

Bloodstock South Africa have also advised that they have had to cancel the 2015 Ready to Run Sale, due to a lack of support from vendors. They will instead be holding a horses-in-training sale at the TBA Complex, Gosforth Park on the 1st November, 2015.

This sale will also be open to two year olds who would also qualify for the two R1 million races.

Entry forms for this sale will be available during the next week.
