Bling Can Be King Today

First race off @ 12h25

Racing takes place on the polytrack at Hollywoodbets Greyville this afternoon and eight races are carded.

Wilgerbosdrift and Mauritzfontein-sponsored jockey S’manga Khumalo makes his return to the saddle and he has a couple of decent winning chances.

The first is due off at 12h25.

Note: Jockey Richard Fourie will not be riding in Race 1 & Race 2 today.

Don’t forget to submit your free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punter’s Challenge entries before 12h20.

Trainer Yogas Govender sends out Mysterious Girl in Race 5.

She was ultra-impressive when winning her last start over 1950m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. The manner in which she drew clear of the field was eye-catching.

She meets a similar field this afternoon and with S’manga Khumalo retaining the ride, she should follow up.

King Bavarian from the Alyson Wright stable takes his place in Race 2.

He received a bump leaving the start last time and was unbalanced at the 1000m mark.

The son of Linngari drops to the mile and the blinkers will sharpen him up.

Muzi Yeni retains the ride and with luck in running, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
